How does Hypnosis work?
Hypnosis uses guided visualization and concentration to achieve deep relaxation. In this focused state (of awareness) a person may center/direct/sharpen his or her attention on letting go of the stressors and creating new specific thoughts and outcomes.
Before we can believe in a goal, we first must be able to see it. With hypnosis we see, hear and feel the possibilities of achieving our goals. We create an image of the future you.
If I ask you to picture a dog, depending on your past experience, you may vision a mean dog or a fluffy, happy puppy. The conscious mind chooses the picture and the subconscious mind replaces the picture.
My job is to help you replace the pictures. By using a unique blend of guided visualization and deep relaxation techniques. I help people find their own permanent, personalized solutions for their problems.
